3. A school service centre may, in accordance with subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 241.1 of the Education Act (chapter I-13.3), admit to elementary school education a child who has attained 5 years of age and who has been admitted to preschool education if the child is developmentally advanced and has the required skills.
